2. Definitions

Services refers to live or recorded courses, coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars. Information Products refers to digital materials such as ebooks, guides, and webinar recordings. Goods refers to physical items described on the product page.

3. Provision of Services

EthosLearn provides leadership development programs guided by ethical principles. Services may include workshops, coaching sessions, and seminars.

4. Information Products

Digital materials such as ebooks, guides, and webinar recordings are delivered electronically after purchase.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide during checkout. Delivery times depend on your location.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full before provision of Services, delivery of Information Products, or shipment of Goods. Accepted payment methods are described on our website.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Services

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions or workshops by providing at least 7 days notice prior to the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Services

Clients may request a reimbursement up to 14 days before the scheduled start date of a Service. To request a reimbursement for a Service, please reach out via our contact page. Once approved, funds will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 business days. No reimbursement is available for completed sessions, except if EthosLearn cancels the session. In such event, the client may choose a credit toward future offerings or a full reimbursement.

For certain premium one-on-one coaching Services that require dedicated resources and preparation, EthosLearn does not offer reimbursement after confirmation. This policy ensures resource availability and quality of delivery.

8.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as ebooks, guides, and webinar recordings may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund for an Information Product, please contact our support team. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

8.3 Physical Goods

Goods may be sent back to EthosLearn within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, within 10 business days of acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

EthosLearn shall not be liable for any indirect harm arising from the use of our Services, Information Products, or Goods.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided by EthosLearn is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
